I LOVED THIS BOOK! I have seen a lot of tiktoks/reviews about this book。 But when I actually started reading it。。 i could not put it down。 Definitely another 5 star read for me。 This was the type of book i could not put down。 I am certainly in love with Miller。 In a few chapters, where Jonah and Morgan got together/kissed, I hated Morgan, I though she was being very selfish and should have though about Clara more during those times。 Except that the book was amazing! Coho aced another story yet a I LOVED THIS BOOK! This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 I will never hesitate to rate a book 5 stars if the plot evokes strong emotions in me, which is exactly what Regretting You did。 I HATED Clara when she began drawing all of her own conclusions about her mother and Jonah when she had zero proof。 I wanted to smack Morgan when she told Jonah she would never tell Clara the truth, because she didn’t want to devastate her daughter, when her daughter was acting a fool and explicitly disobeying Morgan every chance she got。 However, I felt extremely fuzz I will never hesitate to rate a book 5 stars if the plot evokes strong emotions in me, which is exactly what Regretting You did。 I HATED Clara when she began drawing all of her own conclusions about her mother and Jonah when she had zero proof。 I wanted to smack Morgan when she told Jonah she would never tell Clara the truth, because she didn’t want to devastate her daughter, when her daughter was acting a fool and explicitly disobeying Morgan every chance she got。 However, I felt extremely fuzzy and redeemed at the end when Morgan and Clara made up in the theater。 If a book makes me feel a whole spectrum of emotion, then it’s a winner。 。。。more

i loved this book too, this story cut me deep and broke me in the best way。 i learned a lot of lessons in this book。 a particular quote stuck with me though, "sometimes in order to win a fight, you have to walk away from it"。 this book talked about the most cruel truth about life。 people we love, people whom we trust the most can be the source of our pain, no matter how much we don't want it to be true, sometimes it is。 we just have to deal with it and accept the circumstances for what it is but i loved this book too, this story cut me deep and broke me in the best way。 i learned a lot of lessons in this book。 a particular quote stuck with me though, "sometimes in order to win a fight, you have to walk away from it"。 this book talked about the most cruel truth about life。 people we love, people whom we trust the most can be the source of our pain, no matter how much we don't want it to be true, sometimes it is。 we just have to deal with it and accept the circumstances for what it is but along with that there was closure。 it taught me that we don't need answers for closure, we just need internal peace—we just need to find it for ourselves。 it could be within us or with the people surrounding us。 。。。more

3。5/5It was tragedy, betrayal, love , parenthood & discovering who you are!! There were bits of it that made me highly uncomfortable, it was fast paced and a little ordinary as well but overall i liked the book and lessons were great! 🥀💖🫂

Colleen Hoover does it again ugh my heart ahhhhhh。 I honestly don't even know where to start like wow。 The characters, the plot twist and MILLER SJSJJS。 Clara and miller are soooo adorable。 The lesson this book taught me is that even when people wrong you there are great things they have done that you can't forget but that dosent excuse what they have done。 This book definitely was worth the read :) Colleen Hoover does it again ugh my heart ahhhhhh。 I honestly don't even know where to start like wow。 The characters, the plot twist and MILLER SJSJJS。 Clara and miller are soooo adorable。 The lesson this book taught me is that even when people wrong you there are great things they have done that you can't forget but that dosent excuse what they have done。 This book definitely was worth the read :) 。。。more

4⭐️ maybe 4。5。。if I could’ve read those letters it would’ve been 5 stars。。 lmaoo but this book made me shed tears, I was shocked at the plot twist & betrayal。 It is so underrated and deserves much more attention, the way grief & relationships were portrayed in this was A1。 Morgan deserved better!also ‘dark four door’ by Billy Raffoul has been on repeat nonstop

Bailee McCary

It was greatly written。 The reason for my 5/5。 Definitely opened old wounds though, took me longer to get through but that’s my own problem lol!

I can’t decide between 3 & 4 stars。 It was an easy read and packed with drama, but I wasn’t connected to this book like I am some others。 It ended good and if I could give it 3。5/5 I would。

Hannah Prince

cute, sappy little love story。 plot twist in the beginning

Amber

I appreciate the way this book portrays relationships in all of their complexity, especially the mother-daughter relationship。 The characters in this book were resilient and admirably hopeful in the midst of dire circumstances, and that’s what I enjoyed the most about reading it。

Emily Keilman

Why was it kinda corny tho

Madeline Lilly

This book just made me angry 90% of this book… I really only liked miller and rest of the characters I just didn’t like。 This definitely wasn’t for me but I’ve been wanting to read all of coho books。 I had a feeling I wasn’t gonna like this and boy was I right。 Wish we could of read the letters though。

I almost hated it, then, complete 180I spent about 75% of this book with my stomach in knots thinking it might be my first time hating a CoHo。 Thank GOD I stuck it out and got to。see how much I LOVED this one。 Once again, she does no wrong。Clara throughout almost the entirety of this read was an angsty, awful teenager。 And I work with awful teenagers so I expect this behavior! But her interpretation of things without knowing the true meaning was worse than cringe。 She and her mom went through the unthinkable, her grief was so messy。 I won't say much about her redemption for me as it will spoil this book and the reason it became a 5 star read。 I was so cautious about how I was going to feel about Jonah and Morgan as well and where they may go。 Again, I won't spoil anything but I ended up feeling at ease with all of it。I loved miller and Lexie and OF COURSE baby Elijah。 This mother daughter story destroyed my heart as it relates so close to home。for me。 I am so proud of Morgan and the way she sacrificed so much to be such an amazing mom。 Bravo coho! 。。。more

This book actually made me cry。 In a good way。 Unexpected and sweet ending!

So good, took me a little to get into。 The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wanted to know what the letters actually said。

Every time I finish a Colleen Hoover book, I contemplate whether it’s my favorite or not。 This book is no exception。 Gut wrenching。 Relatable。 Emotional。 I loved every minute of it!

I’m not used to give bad reviews, and I’ve liked all of the author books so far。 This one was difficult to finish。 The story actually started pretty good and captivating, but it got really bad after a while。 The mother/daughter relationship is unbearable。 I get there were differences and given the circumstances people react differently, but all the drama was unnecessary most of the time, and boring; it honestly got too predictable for me。 I have never dislike a character more, and Clara was a ha I’m not used to give bad reviews, and I’ve liked all of the author books so far。 This one was difficult to finish。 The story actually started pretty good and captivating, but it got really bad after a while。 The mother/daughter relationship is unbearable。 I get there were differences and given the circumstances people react differently, but all the drama was unnecessary most of the time, and boring; it honestly got too predictable for me。 I have never dislike a character more, and Clara was a hard character to deal with, I understand the immaturity might be related to her age, but wow, she went too far。 And Morgan not wanting to properly communicate with her daughter and thinking lying was better, yeah, because that ever works。 Her not wanting to find out the truth about things was a serious issue for me as well。 Overall this book was just disappointing。 I won’t tell you not to give it a chance, because we are all different and maybe you’ll enjoy it。 I personally didn’t。 Oh and those two last chapters on the book, completely unnecessary。 。。。more

I honestly thought this book was overratedSome parts of the book were just filled with boring repetitiveness which had me drowning in the pages。 One thing that really did make me feel somewhat connected to this book was the accurate portrayal of feeing like your stuck in a bad life, dreading the days to come。 Along with coming to terms with yourself after being betrayed by those you love, or used to love。 Morgan and Clara, mother and daughter, struggle to not only exist in each other’s lives, bu I honestly thought this book was overratedSome parts of the book were just filled with boring repetitiveness which had me drowning in the pages。 One thing that really did make me feel somewhat connected to this book was the accurate portrayal of feeing like your stuck in a bad life, dreading the days to come。 Along with coming to terms with yourself after being betrayed by those you love, or used to love。 Morgan and Clara, mother and daughter, struggle to not only exist in each other’s lives, but struggle to exist in their own。 Colleen Hoover truly understood the meaning of being lost in the present while longing for the future。The book is still immensely overrated。 。。。more
